Hi All,
Just wanted to share my experience here,I have been to US in 2004 on F1 and then I have applied for H1B in 2006 WITHOUT COMPLETING MY MSC worked in US for 6 months and them came to India for stamping and it got rejected….
I have been working for an MNC since then and have attended the Interview for B1 and it went through.
All I have to say is to attend the Visa Interview for B1 even if you H1B was rejected earlier.
