I went for a visa interview on 10th October and I was informed that my visa is approved and need to check with the call center for more information. The call center people are really poor in their skills, they seem to have NO information. They gave me an email address which automatically replies the status of passport and that software sucked the life out of me. Every time i sent a mail, it gave funny replies like picked up, origination scan, in transit with post and no one on the planet earth knows what these terms are but for the software designer. No other country has so many problems of Visa. Only god save people who want to travel to USA.
