Recently we have come across multiple cases of sheer misrepresentation of individuals applying for USA Tourist and Business visa or B1/B2 visa. As creating awareness is our goal, the following were our findings:
- Tourism Agents, or USA Visa agents in cities of Gujarat such as Ahemdabad, Baroda, Mehsana etc create false tours and lure unsuspecting individuals with a guarantee of USA Visa.
- Tours setup by them propose to take their clients to cities like Niagara, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Orlando, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco all in a period of 10 days.
Any individual with a little awareness of Geography would know that it is impossible to tour all these cities in the period of 10 days. However due to language barrier and inexperience of simple people of Gujarat, they are made to pay Lacs of rupees in pretext of creating their documents, booking their hotels, filling their online forms, and getting them interview dates.
Negligence of these agents not only gets their clients immediate rejection, but also ensures that the person will be marked as a potential immigrant and will NEVER get a USA Visa approval.
We request potential visitors from Gujarat to go through their DS-160 forms, and understand as much as they can or take professional advise from reputed agencies before going for their visa interviews.
