VO : Where does your sister live ?
JV : Irivine, California.
VO : What do you do here ?
JV : I am a Sr. consultant in Quality Assurance at Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd.
VO : How many siblings do you have ?
JV : We are three sisters.
VO : Where does your other sister live ?
JV : She lives in Gurgaon.
VO : Is she also travelling with you ?
JV : She would love to but she just had a baby so she wouldn’t.
VO : Are you married ?
JV : (as per AVS training).
VO : Will your fiance also be travelling with you to the US ?
JV : No he won’t.
VO : Have a pleasant trip !
She further shared that the overall confidence and body language played a vital role in clinching the Visa. The VO was also cracking jokes during the verbal exchange to see the response and she in turn played along.
The same VO had grilled other candidates for quite sometime she said.
AVS Notes:
It is ok to reapply for your USA visa even if it is rejected once. The chances are lesser than the first attempt but if you represent your case correctly it is quite possible to get your visa. Professional training before an interview is MUST. Also, dont wait for your first rejection to get professional USA visa training.
