My interview went something like this
Me: Good morning, How are you doing
VO: Good Morning, I’m fine..
VO: Can i see your Files
Me: Yes, Please
VO: Why are you going…
Me; I replied like this… purpose + where about + duration + Nature of Job, all together in one paragraph.
VO: Silent.. checking something in his monitor..
VO: Your Visa is approved, It will be couriered to you….
Me: Thanks and Bye..
