Fraud Case:
Visa agent promised Mr. Salim Khan that he will be provided with H1b VISA which is a work visa for USA for work of a driver cum baby sitter. He was told that total fees charged by USCIS is $1400. The agent will pay $1000 and Mr. Salim Khan was asked to pay $400 via online transfer or put money in a bank account.
Luckily Mr. Khan called Allied Visa services in time, and was advised against giving the money as it sounds like a fraud !
here are the reasons why:
1. H1b Quota for 2015 is already completed
2. Minimum Fees for H1b is $1550 as per USCIS.
3. H1b is for specialty occupation and not for Driving and Baby Sitting.
